Our story
1962. Our history began with a single wagyu trader.
The founder travelled the country to visit producers, looked at the cattle with his own eyes, and kept choosing only truly good wagyu. That belief was handed down, expanding into meat wholesale, a butcher shop, and then a yakiniku restaurant.
But buying alone did not satisfy us.
We want to deliver more delicious wagyu.
Our answer was to raise wagyu ourselves. We took on production, caring for each animal, in pursuit of wagyu we can genuinely stand behind.
And there was one more thing we wanted to make happen: we want you to enjoy truly delicious wagyu to your heart's content. So we drew on the eye for quality cultivated over more than 60 years, our relationships with producers, and the strength of raising our own wagyu, and created an all-you-can-eat brand where you can savour wagyu to the full.
